Scope of Works:

After the initial exploration and preparation of the site, Bundarra were contracted to excavate and refurbish 4 dams at the Nickel mine site.  The abandoned dams had resulted in significant build up of silt and salt crust which required specialist skills to navigate and excavate.

The project was completed on time and within budget by a team of 100% Aboriginal contractors which resulted in a positive boost for the local economy and Aboriginal community.

Pleased with the results of the initial dam construction project, the client has further engaged Bundarra to remain onsite as the primary earthwork contractor to complete ad-hic jobs as they arise on site.
