At Bundarra safety comes first.  To this end, Bundarra Contracting is above all committed to maintaining a high standard of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Management.

We aim to consistently meet or exceed our client requirements and expectations through driving an internal OHS Management System which focuses on compliance with Australian Standard AS4801.

Bundarra’s internal OHS system includes;

  • Safety Management Plan
  • Pre-employment medical and D&A screening
  • Formal communications (Daily minuted toolbox meetings, Weekly minuted OHS specific meetings)
  • Hazard identification & Incident reporting system
  • Safe Work Method Statements (JHA) for tasks undertaken
  • Workplace inspections
  • Fitness for work monitoring (Alcohol Breath testing)

  • Skills & Competencies matrix
  • Plant/equipment used
  • Electrical Equipment used (testing & tagging
  • Chemicals/hazardous substances (with MSDS)
  • Monitored action plan for aligning internal system to AS4801
