Established in 2001, Bundarra Contracting service the Goldfields region of WA with a range of earthworks, construction and ore haulage services.  Bundarra are proudly Aboriginal-owned and operated and are dedicated to providing safe, flexible and client-focused services to the region.

With a passion for economic sustainability in the region, all employment at Bundarra is kept local, and Indigenous, wherever possible.

Its directors and management have worked extensively in the mining industry, using its expertise to utilise local labour sources at each of its mine sites.

Brett Lewis

Managing Director

Brett is the managing director of Bundarra Contracting.  As an active community member, Brett sits on several community liaison committees between the Northern Goldfields Community and St Barbara Mines, BHP Nickel West (Kapikarnpi), Jaguar Mine and Mindax Limited.

He is a claimant for the Tijwarl Native Title claim and a director of the not-for-profit organisation Ngumbu Aboriginal Corporation.  Owner/Operator of Ngumbu Pastoral Pty Ltd – Runs a 155,000 hectare Cattle Station.

Patricia Lewis

Finance Director

Patricia has worked as the CFO in local Indigenous businesses and worked in Government for the last 20 years.

She is active in the community holding positions as shire councillor at Laverton Shire, chairperson of Kurrawang Aboriginal Community, and Treasurer/Vice Chair of the (CAPS) Christian Aboriginal Parent-Directed Schools Inc.  Co-owner of Ngumbu Pastoral Pty Ltd Cattle Station.

Katrina Stubbs

Administration Manager

Katrina has a diploma in Business Management and has experience in Executive Administration in mining and health care industries.

She is involved in community organisations throughout the north-eastern goldfields including Bega Garrbirringu Health Services and Kurrawang Aboriginal Community.
